A Memory Keeper is a trusted family member or friend who can access your memories if something happens to you. They receive an email invitation and only gain access after 12 months of inactivity or if you grant access manually.
Open a memory, tap the Share button, and choose to copy the link or send it via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Recipients can view the memory in their browser without needing the app.
Yes! Deleted memories are kept for 30 days in your Recently Deleted folder. Go to Settings → Recently Deleted to restore them.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
Yes. All your memories are stored securely using encrypted cloud storage. We never share your data with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all memories. This action cannot be undone.
